Geneva Richardson
MSN, FNP-BC | FOUNDER
Geneva Richardson, MSN, FNP-BC, is the founder and medical director of RISE Aesthetics in Happy Valley, Oregon.
Geneva earned her BSN from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon in 2013, and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on family nurse practice at United States University in San Diego in 2022. Her nursing background spans aesthetic medicine, primary care, psychiatric nursing, and medical-surgical nursing — a foundation that shapes the depth of clinical knowledge she brings to every treatment plan.
Geneva's path into aesthetic medicine began while working alongside a general surgeon whose dedication to his patients left a lasting impression on her. His encouragement and belief in her potential inspired her to explore aesthetic medicine and after immersing herself in Botox and filler training, she discovered a lasting passion for the work. In 2018, she took the leap to found RISE Aesthetics, which she has built, led, and loved ever since.
As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Geneva serves as the medical director for RISE and other nurse owned and operated aesthetic practices throughout Oregon and Washington. She oversees the practices' registered nurse injectors and guides their clinical training and expertise. She has completed advanced cadaver-lab training at Evolus headquarters with the infamous Professor Sebastian Cotafana and continues to pursue ongoing education both locally and internationally to bring the newest and safest techniques to her patients. In addition to injectables, Geneva has grown RISE's offerings to include a range of wellness and body optimization services. Mentorship is one of her greatest passions — she's dedicated to passing on both foundational and advanced injection techniques to the next generation of aesthetic providers through teaching new and experienced aesthetic nurses basic and advanced techniques as well speaking at aesthetic medicine based conferences.
Outside of RISE, Geneva is a proud wife and mom — her daughter Charlee is a familiar face around the office, often greeting patients after finishing her schoolwork for the day. When Geneva isn't at RISE, she's happiest outdoors — boating, wakesurfing, and drag racing her Audi RS3.
Maddie
RN, BSN | INJECTOR
Hi, I'm Maddie, RN, BSN, and I'm so excited to be joining the RISE Aesthetics team as an aesthetic nurse injector!
I've spent the past five years as a nurse in pre- and post-surgical care, which gave me a strong clinical foundation in patient safety and anatomy — skills I now bring into aesthetic medicine. I'm excited to offer tox (Jeuveau, Dysport, Daxxify, and Xeomin), dermal filler, facial balancing, and vitamin injections, with more services and training on the way!
What draws me to aesthetic medicine is the chance to combine creativity with my clinical background. I believe treatments should never be one-size-fits-all — I take time to truly listen to each patient, understand their goals, and build a plan that's personalized to them. My focus is always on enhancing natural features while helping patients feel heard, comfortable, and confident.
I'm especially excited to meet new faces and build lasting relationships with my patients at RISE. To me, aesthetic medicine isn't just about appearance — it's about how you feel and the confidence you carry.
Outside of RISE, you'll usually find me traveling, trying new restaurants, taking a workout class, knitting, or spending time with my boyfriend and our two cats.

Kristen Sabrowski
RN, BSN
Kristen earned her BSN from George Fox University in 2012 and began her career at OHSU in Emergency Surgery and Pediatrics before practicing in the Emergency Department. With a background in plastic surgery and advanced training from top aesthetic leaders, she specializes in Botox, fillers, biostimulators, injectable weight loss, and skincare, helping patients look refreshed and feel confident.
