Geneva Richardson
MSN, FNP-BC
Geneva Richardson graduated from Mt. Hood Community College in 2012 with an Associate Degree in Nursing and quickly earned her Bachelor Degree in Nursing from OHSU in 2013. In December of 2022, Geneva completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a family nurse practitioner focus from United States University in San Diego, California. Her nursing experience includes aesthetics, primary care, psychiatric nursing, and medical/surgical nursing.
Geneva credits her love for aesthetics to a surgeon she used to work with in the hospital who encouraged her to pursue this avenue of nursing. After taking her initial Botox and filler courses she instantly fell in love with the world of aesthetics. She continues to learn and grow in the field through taking advanced courses, continuing education, and additional hands-on training where she learns about new products and new techniques to offer to her clients.
When Geneva isn’t busy running RISE Aesthetics and visiting with her beloved clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at Lake Billy Chinook in Central Oregon, hunting, boating, and traveling.
Charlee Richardson
RISE Welcome Crew
As the heart behind many of the smiles you see when you walk through our doors, Charlee proudly serves as part of the RISE Welcome Crew on non-school days. She is currently in 6th grade and brings warmth, energy, and a bright spirit to the RISE family environment.

Outside of RISE, her greatest passion is horseback riding and barrel racing. She adores her two horses, along with her three cats and one dog. When she’s not at the barn, she loves traveling, exploring new places, wake surfing, swimming, and getting creative with arts and crafts.

She looks forward to one day officially joining the RISE team full-time — but for now, she’s happy helping Mom and welcoming guests with a smile.

Kristen Sabrowski
RN, BSN
Kristen earned her BSN from George Fox University in 2012 and began her career at OHSU in Emergency Surgery and Pediatrics before practicing in the Emergency Department. With a background in plastic surgery and advanced training from top aesthetic leaders, she specializes in Botox, fillers, biostimulators, injectable weight loss, and skincare, helping patients look refreshed and feel confident.
